Bayshore Trace Condo on Bayshore Blvd features a very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence offering 936 square feet of living space in a gated building. The condo includes large open plan dining and living areas and a well appointed kitchen with solid wood cabinets, a side by side refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave. Flooring throughout consists of a combination of carpet, tile, and wood, with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The community offers plenty of parking, a swimming pool, and laundry facilities within the building. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. COA approval is required, and the tenant must provide proof of rentersinsurance to the COA. The tenant is responsible for COA application fees of $200 per adult and a $250 move in/move out deposit. Dogs over 25 lbs are not permitted, and commercial vehicles are not allowed.
